For well fitness 80% diet and 20% gym is necessary by my opinion. So try it. Take challenge for 2 months for loose your stomach fat, waist fat, face fat. Follow kito diet. Dont take any medicine or supplement. If you wanna try it with excercise then try "L-carnitite" and caffeine for weight loss in two months. Any qtns.
You guys nailed it ✌😎 No fitness app has managed to provide such a perfect exercise experience(Training) like this app. It is almost perfect. Subscriptions is cheaper too. I have almost all top fitness apps installed and I've used many of the popular one's like JEFIT, Freeletics etc. But this is best by far.👍
Good app overall. You feel the burn within the first few days. The only problem is that the app keeps crashing midway through the workout. If you can fix that problem this would be a 5 star app
It a very helpful app. It customizes our workout plan on the basis of of our weight height and age. And there is our idol (bani j) is our personal trainer.
