I don't understand the point of the "bag" in the app (where you place the items you want) if they're just gonna disappear when I go back to the home page. Yes, I'm signed in with an account. I accidentally tap the back arrow ONCE, it takes me to the home page again and my entire order is gone. Then I have to manually reenter every item again. you need to keep your current screen on your order at all times unless you want the whole thing erased again. Its a small detail but such a headache

So this app is not worth 2stars but I'm giving it an extra one bc it has the pics of the food items, but other than that, it truly feels like an outdated app! If you're ordering delivery, they give u an outdated number from a whole different state! If your order never arrived, u can't ask for a refund on the app! u have to go to Google for that! No one picks up the phone if you try calling the location, and the cherry on top is none of the words can be copied and pasted like your order number!

The app works really great and orders are made on time and come out great. Only issue I have is that promotions and specials that come up in notifications are nowhere in sight when I open the app and the tab for it on the sidebar just takes me to an empty website. It's very disappointing to see a good deal pop up but not be able to use it.
