So i stay 35 mins away from this wingstop. Didn't realize my order was wrong until i arrived at the house cause i thought i seen two order of fries in the bag. But it wasn't. I called them to let them know and basically he told me I was asse out if I didnt come right back now. Like can you comp me cause I do work in Brier Creek and is there here every day. And the answer was no cause i order through the app. I will not be returning. Enjoy y'all free money you got from me. I never had a problem with them until today. Wow
Don't like that I don't have the option to pay for my order on your app. A rep has to call and give them a payment over the phone or they won't start order until I show up and pay it. Your app also gives of eta of order being ready of 17 min. So that's also incorrect because u wouldn't start order until I pay it at your store. Please correct that. I was able to pay on your app or pay at store and my order would be ready as soon as I arrived
We really like the wings here the low rate is because the customer service... yesterday we place in order wings was good but we was missing some wings we pay 4.99 for 5 extra wings... I call the wm. Cannon location Aliza the cashier told me will transfer my call to the manager sadly the manager never answer the phone... really disappointing...
I love how you can save previous orders. We eat here often so it saves time when reordering. The wings are always delicious (especially when they have the larger ones) and the customer service is great!
Good app-ordering system. The most convenient part of the system is that it eliminates any communication errors that can happen over the phone (you basically get what you order) Allow locations and it automatically finds the closest one to you. Ordering system is intuitive enough for you to do it on your own, plus it lists options I didn't know were there. It even remembers your orders to make reordering one step closer towards obesity. It's an excellent idea that was executed well.
While I appreciate the special offers within the app, pre-ordering does not mean that food will be ready when you arrive at the store. I ordered wings to be ready at 5:30, I consulted the app at 5:15 to see that my wings were "in progress" and again at 5:30 to see that my order was "completed" Upon arriving at the store, the wings had not been started and I was required to pay before they would begin the order. So, besides the special offers, the app is worthless as is the customer service.
The French fries are terrible. I requested for a reason that the fries be cooked extra crispy, because I assumed that if I didn't the fries would be cooked like oven baked fries, and they were cooked as though they were oven baked, not fried. Other than that it's been very good ordering the wings, etc.
