Ratings and reviews

The app needs a lot of tlc. Many things were not as I'd expect them to be and it only shows you the temp and humidity for the past hour, unless you want to download the csv and look at it but who would want to do that (i just use a thermometer and hydrometer that give me the avg, inside the unit) I only tried using the app maybe 4 times and found it useless.

This App is terrible. Did the basics for the first 9 days then would not connect. I then unplugged fridge for 5 minutes connection was restored but it lost all data. I never could connect VIA wifi. Will not push email so i can be verified. NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT

I keep receiving a problem with connecting message. Contacted Steakager and they suggested purchasing a device to turn off the power of the appliance once a day for 5 minutes. I can not recommend this software or their appliance. Plus the owners will not honor their warranty.
