No fix for broken app App worked well until about a month ago. Won't log on system anymore. Keep getting error codes. You would hope that the developers could get the bugs out and up and running in less than a month. I do hope you get this fixed for everyone, unless you don't give a crap about your customers. Very poor support. I will be looking for another system soon.

No longer can connect to server until it's fixed app is useless unless I'm on Wi-Fi UPDATE now don't even work on Wi-Fi sent email to support NO RESPONSE FROM THEM I'm done will be looking for a new dvr tired of this garbage
Great App but restricted PC use Been using for a couple of years and generally works great on mobile although dvr can be trouble to reset if there's a power outage. Main problem with mobile app is footage review only goes back to midnight whereas on PC all footage can be viewed BUT it only works on/up to IE8 therefore XP is the latest Windows system that's usable - fortunately I still have a machine I can use to access.
4G My cctv used to work great in HD over a 4G signal. Over the last month im only able to view the cctv footage in SD even though im getting 60mbps on 4G. Have you changed anything on the app? Is there going to be a fix that will resolve this?
App keeps crashing. Confusing app to start with, won't do anything. Keeps crashing. Worked somewhat well up until I updated today. Kinda fitting since I had some things stolen this morning. Will be buying another system.
People compiling just don't know how to port forward or setup ddns. Ap works flawlessly if this is done. Using I'd given with DVR/NVR to view is OK for SD viewing for HD viewing when not on LAN port forwarding must be setup. Nice work guys A++
