The application works well, and does just about everything I need it to do. With one notable exception. Even though I have biometrics enabled they regularly fail. I'm pushed back to username and password, and then waiting for a text message, and then gaining access. I will re-enable biometrics, and a few days later they seem to fail again. It's very annoying.

Quite simply, the app doesn't work & never has. As others have experienced, attempting to login with the correct username and password consistently generates "An error has occurred. Please try again." There is never any indication as to what might have been the error. Recently, the website stopped working for my mobile devices regardless of the browser or device used. I can still access the site on my desktop, but that's a little more difficult to stroll around with. Uninstalling.

Barely works. I think TIAA may no longer be supporting this app. Generally it takes 2 or 3 tries (often more!) to log in, because I get an "unexpected error occurred" notice. Often nothing happens after login and the app simply returns to the login screen. This is not due to entering an incorrect password, because when I try that, the app posts a notice to that effect.. I have submitted feedback to TIAA over a dozen times about this issue and I have never heard back from them. Stay away!
