Mobile Jobsheet captures job information and the customer's signature and then synchronises everything back to your very own management console where you have complete overview & control of all jobs from mobile users.
How the system works: - New jobs are created on the management console and assigned to a mobile user - Jobs are downloaded by the mobile user when an internet connection is available - The mobile user completes details about the job, the work done, times worked, parts used etc. and captures the customer signature (if required). This is all completed without an internet connection. - When the mobile user is back in internet coverage the completed jobs are synchronised back to the main system where a job sheet (of your design) is automatically created and emailed as well as being available in the management console
