DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT! When I first got this app & opened an account, I thought it was great for me as a freelancer. I almost sent all my freelancer friends a link to get started. I am SO glad I didn't! I was unaware of the $10 monthly fee! I wish had screenshots of the process signing up because I'm almost certain the fee wasn't mentioned. It isn't less than traditional banks hidden fees. You don't get any extra features that you can't get free from other banks or apps. Not worth $120 a year!

Hi there! We communicate our monthly fee on our homepage, as well as the FAQ section on our website! Our monthly flat fee helps us maintain the features and integrations geared towards helping small & medium sized businesses that other banks don't have. We have some exciting upgrades coming next month that will add even more value to our pricing!

No way to avoid the monthly fee. App does not work at all if you have developer mode enabled on your phone. Auto-filling Plaid passwords does not work. Pending transfers are not reflected in the account balance, so it is easy to send more than you have. After I posted the above, the developer responded on here "Please check your in-app chat for a message from our team." When I logged into the app it said I had a message waiting for me, but when I clicked on it I got "Something went wrong Couldn't load your conversations"

I'm about to leave this bank after a little over a year. I already have a business account set up with another bank. I can't operate my business with the long delays that NorthOne has. Check deposits take forever to be credited into the account, at least 5 business days which is always over a weekend unless your deposit was on a Monday, so add those 2 extra days to the 5. Monthly statements do not come out until the 4th of the month, so even reconciliation of your account needs to be delayed
