I have been using this program for several years now. I have been contacting them for the last 3 months to downgrade my plan. The only communication I received was telling me to renew or lose all my data. The program is wonderful it is exactly everything I need. The customer service though is non-existent. I hope you don't have any kind of problem because they never answered me and I said at least 4 or 5 emails through their contact page.
Getting stale This used to be a really great cutting edge app, but lately development seems to have stalled. Requested features are no longer developed and implemented and product support has lessened. Still okay but I'm considering moving to a more dynamic app with more proactive development.
A long time user since the launch. Trying to get updates and development issues that are not up to date. Love the app and what it has done for us but the most important feature through Paypal and ability for customers to pay their invoices directly through the email copy and attachment is no longer viable and not functional. I asked multiple times when new updates and fixes will be released but the questions go unanswered. Im hoping Sunny will come back and join the development help crew resolve some issues, update, and launch new features to maintain and improve a more stable platform while addressing customer concerns. Thank you Mobile Biz team. We look forward to utilizing your wonderful app further with improvements.
It's not bad but. Been using this app for 3 years. From time to time sync slows down and becomes a real problem for me when I'm rushing to bill my customers early in the morning.
Such a shame!....this app was great when we started using it...now nobody gets back to us when we need support. Have seen all the comments below relating to this asking is to email support...we do! And nobody replies! This makes it no good for business! Have sadly cancelled our subscription now and are looking for a new provider with customer support
Locked out no customer service at all Have been using this successfully for a number of years. Got a new device, and am locked out. I don't have my login credentials anymore, it's been years and the old emails are gone from the server and I don't remember which one of the hundred or so usernames or passwords it could be. It's tax time soon, this loss is devastating and no information available to help and no contact information from mobile biz. Basically I'm screwed big time. It's worth it to use a service that provides customer service.
