Ratings and reviews

Great for executing simple trades, but it's useless at tracking any options in real-time. Want to know how your options are doing today? We'll tell you tomorrow. You can't even drill down to get individual snapshots easily anymore. My friends on other apps do not have these problems.

Does not show real time data on Investoredge. I spoke to a customer service representative in the contact centre, and I was told to use pen and paper to calculate profit and loss manually. Most of time, we travel, work or busy somewhere. Who is going to keep the same in their pockets all the time to do the calculations. On the Investor Edge dashboard, I can see "most recent", "last business day", and "Book value" which do not show real time data. In this computer age, paper and pen ????

I like the fingerprint login but there isn't as much info as when I log in via the web site. For example, when selecting an individual stock, I can't see the dividend info as easily as on the web site. Also wish I could use an email for 2FA instead of just a cell. When I'm out of the country try and not using my Can Sim, I can't log into my account. PiTA. I prefer using direct web access rather than the app because of the lack of info in the app. I've reviewed my comments and they STILLx2 apply.
