Used it since it came out. Used to be cool. Now it forces you to login with a social network, to read my contacts. Yet, even when logged in, I'm unable to favourite exhibitions. App once was a good idea. Now its just bad marketing & data harvesting.
After years of updates, it still can't do the most obvious thing which is search for exhibitions near me. Also asks intrusive permissions. Also information often not updating properly (shows upcoming exhibitions that have already started.) Great pity, it could be so good but arty types obviously can't do software.
Great little app, Really useful if you have an art pass and want to make the most of it. The only thing I dislike about this is that it does not always obey my phone's screen rotation settings, so you can't browse the app while relaxing on the sofa because the venue pages turn sideways.
Tried to sign up with facebook, refused it and said it failed. Signed up with my email and then tried to use the features on the app like the wish list, but it told me I had log in to be able to access them (even though I automatically was signed in after registering). So I tried logging in again and it kept telling me the login failed. Tried to recover the password but the app keeps shutting down after I submit the email. I've barely used the app and now I never will again. Complete waste of time.
Keeps crashing. It brings up a list of places but every time I click on a pace to get more information the app stops. I must have reported this 10 times but it is still happening. Why can‘t you fix it???!!!!
Asks to login at each use, makes it impossible to save exhibs or add entries to the wish list, very slow overall. Great idea, but painful user experience.
