Worked first time I used it. Now when I open it I'm getting the same error as Judith mentioned. Error accessing file android-asset/index.html. Not sure what's changed, haven't installed any new apparently on my phone. Please fix.
Have had no success claiming because it won't recognize images from my phone or scanned from computer. Fully updated version installed but won't accept images.
Even MyGov app lets us save info and use pin code to access app. Asking for account and password for this app is silky and time wasting. It's sposed to make it easier
Absolutely useless! Keep getting an application error. Unsuccessful connection to server (file:///android-asset/www/index.html)
Couldn't submit any claims as it doesn't recognise that an image has been uploaded/attached and so it just keeps continually prompting for a file to be attached. This has now been fixed with the new app but it still doesn't accept PDF files which is so odd as that's how most electronic invoices are issued. Only file formats allowed are JPG and PNG. What about BMP, and gifs?
