review only for the mobile app. very bad ui which asks you to login every time if you want to check the member perks or find a doctor in your area. very basic functions which as you to login again and again. it needs to be resolved so every information stays within the app and not a web login every now and then. please update the system, highly required.

App crashes every time I upload a doc to make a claim... so it's kinda useless. I would usually submit feedback directly but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that 🤷‍♂️

app wouldn't even launch anymore. updated - no luck. uninstalled and installed from scratch - still won't launch.
