The Yale Smart Living Alarm App gives you control of your Yale Smart Alarm system from your smartphone. App works with Yale Sync Alarms, Yale SR-Smart Home Alarms, EF-KIT3, EF3000i, HSA6600, & Yale Alarm Kit (AU)

The app is so annoying. It keeps asking for password every time you open or close the app. Put it on fingerprint log in and it's the same. It still keeps asking for password even when minimising or closing the app. You can't keep entering your password when you are in a rush or when others are watching. This is more of a risk rather then security app. So disappointed after spending £500 on the Yale products. The app just let the whole company down. The equipment is good. Fix the app bug please

Very disappointed, expected more from Yale. The alarm hardware is good, the app is very poor and not really suitable for a security app. It logs you out regularly and hangs, often forcing me to shut it down and reopen it, several times. As well as meaning you can miss notifications these could be serious issues if you needed to access the alarm urgently to turn it off. It doesn't update the low battery warning consistently when you change batteries, this is just more annoying.

Worse and getting worser. None stop issues with the app. It used to function really well but now it can't seem to sync itself with the box. Alarm is disarmed and it tells me its still armed and action failed messages. Across multiple devices getting the same error. If the power goes off the battery doesn't work and it takes a manual reset to get it back on. Like the CCTV app it's getting full or errors and needs an update. Yale are still selling these systems. Can't reset the box if I'm out!!!
