The Régordane path is a long-distance footpath, connecting Puy en Velay to Saint Gilles. A thousand-year-old path of commerce and trade, at the heart of French history, it is also one of the greatest pilgrimages of medieval Western Christianity.
Along the great fault of the Massif Central, this ancient transhumance path linking Via Podensis and Tolosane to Compostela, offers large, preserved spaces as well as a remarkable diversity of landscapes, with strong identities: Velay, Margeride, Cévennes and Mont Lozère , Gardonnenque and garrigue, Costière and Camargue.
The Régordane path is also a link between several monuments classified as World Heritage by Unesco. You will discover the Puy-en-Velay cathedral, villages among "The most beautiful in France", the arenas of Nîmes, the Abbey of Saint-Gilles or even the landscapes of the Cévennes.
