Review from Nancy Porter
App never remembers who I am. Then doesn't recognise my email and tells me to reset, then never sends me the reset email. Too frustrating to waste time on.
June 9, 2017Hello, Nancy - I checked your account and we've got you set up under MLS ID and password rather than email, so I think that is the problem that you're having. I'll send you an email to clarify, and if you have any other questions we can chat more! Thanks, Evelyn
I always have to uninstall it because it never opens and than have to go through the while process again.. works for a day and the process is related every other day. Gets really old!! My realtor told me to use this app but I can never get it to continually work well
Doesn't work. No homes found even when set too locate everything. All permissions granted. No time to sit and figure it out. This rating is actually -1 stars for wasting my time.
This app is garbage. It NEVER works! The only reason I have it is because I'm forced to. The NWMLS app was much better. Make this work or don't bother at all. This is negatively affecting the business of many real estate agents.
It worked better before the update, now it no longer shows the private remarks or listing broker information. As a broker it was very helpful in the field. Now it's like every other home search app.
This app is infuriating! The NWMLS app was a bit antiquated, however at least it worked consistently! Homespotter crashes all the time, takes forever to load a new search (if at all), has several unnecessary toggles to get the basic info on a listing (can't there just be one landing page with all the necessary key points of the property?!), no option to look at past sales history... I could go on, but I've already wasted so much time on the app itself to even find time to write this ill review. What is the point of this app? Is it for agents, or are they just trying to be another Zillow. Professional Real estate agents need an agent specific app for needs while being mobile, NOT an app that only provides basic info!
This is pretty user friendly, though it does have some glitches. The biggest issue is when I look at someone's "cart", it initially shows it correctly, and then pretty quickly comes up as 0 results and I have to close and restart the app.
We've made improvements to the messaging experience:
● As good Minnesotans, in honor of Prince, we thought about calling it "the feature formerly known as chat" but landed on "Messaging"
● It's now easier for agents to message other agents throughout the app
● Message delivery notifications confirmations have been added
● Now you can have conversations through HomeSpotter messaging- whether they download the app or not
● There is now only one link people get when they receive your first message
