Unlike other mobile data collection apps, Mobile Scorecard goes further than allowing you to conduct checklists, audits and surveys from your mobile. It is a customisable business tool consisting of a mobile app, back-office portal, and smart reports, each of which can be customised to your specifications and integrated with other business systems.
How it works:
1. Your documents are converted into "templates"
2. Templates are completed on your mobile (or desktop computer) and uploaded to the server - a completed PDF document can also be sent via email at this point.
3. Once on the server, your data can be processed and downloaded into custom reports, or alternatively exported to other systems or databases.
What does customisable mean?
Mobile Scorecard is the base platform onto which we can code in extra functions and features appropriate to your mobile business activities. It collects data via numerous pre-programmed "question types".
Question types that do not already exist can be developed, allowing collection of data that is specific, meaningful and measurable.
If required, it can be hosted on your own server and therefore the security applied to your system may also be to your liking.
Menus, functions and buttons can be adapted, and clients may also have their own branding, colours and logos applied.
What does system integration mean?
We are able to link your existing systems to Mobile Scorecard to import or export data. Data imported from an ERP or master database (for example) can be used to pre-populate fields in your templates or even determine what questions are asked. We can also feed data collected from your mobile into systems you may already have in place so that you can process it how you like.
What about for smaller companies?
Customers who are only looking to complete forms on mobile will be pleased to know a "no-frills" option is possible! We only require a very small one-off fee to convert your documents to mobile templates, but after that you may use the app for an unlimited number of users to complete an unlimited number of templates for an unlimited amount of time.
