Misleading and crashes all the time This app promises you can customize your workout days and plan. There is no way to add information about your additional workouts. It crashes nonstop and is extremely limited. I wouldn't use this if it were free let alone the $5 I wasted.
Good trainer so far I like the work outs. Only two weeks in and it's going well. But where is the best place to get descriptions of the swim drills?

We have added a Race Day Checklist to assist you getting ready fro race day. We have also added a race estimator that allows you to set your target times and instantly see your finish time for a sprint, olympic, half iron, or full iron race. Display of the logged hours for workouts. Now the list views, workout, day view, week view, and complete view will show you the percentage of the workout(s) you have complete. "Pull to refresh" on all list views!!
