I'm seeing all the recent reviews and something must be going on because I had the same issue. Been using this app for years with no problem. Then when I'm ready to cash out for a $10 giftcard I received a message that my account had been flagged. Emailed twice, no response. Email a third time and they closed my account! No response to the email following that. Really frustrating.

Update: Received an email from support stating that my account was incorrectly flagged by security program. Everything has been restored now. After using this app for well over a year my account was suddenly closed with zero warning or explanation. The support team said there were "discrepancies with my account, registration, participation, and other factors" but didn't elaborate. I had ordered a gift card last month but they cancelled that order.

I've been using this app faithfully for about a year. Giving them ALL of my sensitive info, all for a payment of $1 A WEEK! I've never ever had a problem until I saved up these last 50 pts (that takes TEN WEEKS) to redeem a $10 Amazon card. I tried to check out & got an error message that my account had been blocked or something. I emailed them TWICE to see how I could fix it & they responded w/ the same auto-generated message: "Something went wrong. You're blocked. Too bad. Bye!"... I'm done.😡
