I ordered a duplicate ID since my was lost/stolen and it was such a smooth experience! It was quick, easy to understand, clear and precise and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete. Very please with the app handling so far. However, either it is misadvertised or I was charged incorrectly because it says a duplicate costs $14. Then underneath that it says there is no charge for a duplicate if the age of 17 or OLDER. (Which is most of us) and then it still charged me the $14 plus the $3 fee.

DO NOT use this app. I was trying to get my non-certified driving record, and after payment the button to download didn't show up. I thought I navigated away from the page (because if you do, without getting your file, you're doomed, there's no way no go back or get it back) and tried again, paid again and no!, the option is simply not there. I requested my money back since no service was provided, but support was useless. Their answer was that payment is non-refundable and to talk to the dmv.
