Top class! I had a damaged case discovered as I was trying to board my coach from Heathrow back home, after an American Airlines flight in from Miami. AA were insisting the only way it could be resolved was to return to LHR to report to staff in person. This app clarified that under EU regulations I only had to inform the airline within 7 days in writing and they were obliged to deal. When I pointed that out to the airline they complied & I had my new bag delivered to my house. Without the app I probably would not have found this info out.
Barely helpful Missing lots of info that should be included such as compensation details. The app seems to be more interested in providing a link to complain rather than helping people who are trying to deal with a current problem.
It's very easy to use and I'm sure it would be handy when traveling and things go wrong and one starts to panic. The design could be nicer without all these “shiny” icons – it's just one ugly looking app.
Return flight cancellation My travel agent called me today to tell my return flight on the 21 of Aug has been cancelled. BA
It's ugly but provides lots of information.
