Another one coming from mint bills, to mint, and now prism. I was first in love with mint bills and only used to app to pay my student loan since mint bills didn't support that particular biller. Now that they've gotten rid of mint bills and gone to mint, every update has gotten worse and I just decided to move all of my accounts over. Prism needs to add transaction history to my bank and credit cards, and they don't auto update balances, I have to go in and update each account individually. but maybe that's why mint got so extremely slow.....
Loving this app so far and have been super pleased! I needed one app that has all of my bills listed in one place and Prism has accomplished that without a bunch of extra features that I don't want or use. It is easy to navigate through to quickly find what I need. Simple & straightforward. This app blows Mint out of the water and I now realize just how poor of an app Mint really is. After the first time that I missed bills due to Mint, I should have left. Thank you Prism for building a true bills app! !
So far, I'm loving this app! I like being able to manage all of my bills in one place. I really wish it would load my exact income and add a budgeting feature! I use Mint still so that I can monitor where my money is going and how much I'm spending on average for things per month. Again, this app is perfect for staying on top of bills.
I really love this app! It is much better than Mint and I love that I can link all of my account and pay my bills. I would have rated it 5 stars but my credit union is small and unfortunately doesn't have full support for them so it cannot link my balances, but I don't see where I can manually add my balances either. Maybe there is a reason for this but it is a little frustrating, but I still really like the app very much. It's clean and easy to use and linking my accounts was very easy as well.
As far as keeping up with bills, it is a good app. However I made a payment through them and the payment hasn't cleared through the bank or on the site. I have contacted them to discuss the issue for help and it has been 15 hours without a response even after being told they would get back to me today. Other than that, I enjoy the app.
Edit: After using this app for months, I enjoy it even more. Every time I have an issue I use the in app chat and they actually fix the issue. Most recently it was with Statefarm. Synced the insurance but they didnt support their banking. A few days later it was added. A+ support.
