I installed this app cuz I tead there was a discount for excursions by using the app. However i couldn't register/log into the app at first because my room # did not match my name. Error message said to contact front desk for assistance. Resort staff contacted the I.T. department and the day has gone by with no help. Installed app on another phone and now get "An error has occurred: Value can not be null. Parameter Name :s" Can not even access the "Loop..Tell us how we are doing" feature without being able to register. Didn't want to chase down support when I should be enjoying the resort. Even after several attempts to have the issue resolved over a 3-4 day period the issue was NOT addressed and the error persists. This is soooo NOT like Sandals to ignore guest issues. I can only assume that Sandals contracts out their I.T. department, therefore not having full control on the App and the support process. Most resort guests only stay 7-10 days. If support is not available for guests already on-site, and the app is not available for use after trying to obtain support for 3-4 days, then this app should not be promoted as an on-property tool...PERIOD. Especially, don't promote discounts through the app if it is not stable as I experienced and as others posted here. FINAL THOUGHT: I feel that Sandals developed this app just to be able to say they "We Have An App", with no thought about the disappointment experienced by guests not being able to access many...if not all...features if a guest can not register making it a "pain point" instead of using technology to enhance the resort he experience.
Not helpful, cannot use voice app to make phone calls, which was the reason I installed it. Doesn't show activities for the week, just not helpful
Useless. Staying at beaches in Turks. The map is junk, takes forever to load every single time you pull it up. Nine of the restaurants are even on the map. Restaurant list is useless as well
Get null parameter s error. Can't even "register".

Worked for a couple days... Added the app when we arrived at Sandals Barbados. It worked for a couple days. The phone side of the app never did work. Not much extra information on the app than you already get in paper form. I do wish the daily schedule would be available.
