Not worth the fee. I had hoped the paid licence would improve this nice little launcher's stability and, maybe, make it more exciting. It didn't. Holo still keeps losing settings (including, now, my custom tabs) and the extra transitions are just variations on the same thing. I'm not knocking the launcher, it does OK for a small footprint, but they really should charge a lot less for the so-called upgrade.

DROIDX vs Galaxy s3 This is the single greatest, rock stable and responsive, app for my DROIDX. It never once crashed. When I upgraded to the galaxy S3 I immediately installed it so I could get the same layout I had before. However, on this phone, it's not very stable. It also lacks many features that touchwiz has. I'm hoping they fix it and implement some of its features. It would be nice if it could use touchwiz widgets.

Very nice I've tried them all. Nova, Go launcher, Next launcher etc. This launcher is definitely so far the best in terms of low memory and battery usage. Very responsive. No lag. Purchased the full version to unlock extra options. Very pleased. I am constantly looking for launchers to personalize my device. My only gripe is not enough docks. 5 would be nice. Also, dragging apps to a folder is a little tricky.Other than that it's like running my stock 4.2.2 launcher with so many more options. Themes would be nice.

SWEET!!! Probably the most satisfying app I have used thusfar. Relatively small memory footprint, few glitches, and fills the gap until I get a phone with ICS. The screens and transitions feel as smooth as silk. The only glitch so far is the apps drawer defaults to recent apps, but the folder indicator stays at last used. Still a 5+.

Can't complain Does exactly what it says it does. It's simple enough, fast, clean, and it works. The only thing is infinite scrolling in the drawer can be slow, and sometimes infinite scrolling in the dock can turn off by itself. That and landscape transition performance isn't as good as portrait performance. Otherwise, it's blazing fast on my OG Galaxy Note compared to other 3rd party launchers and definitely faster than TouchWiz. Worth the cash.

Not needed...needs work Notifications work poorly and do not support stock email apps. Free launcher lacks so little this is a waste of money. Great free launcher....I would pay for it alone........but the additional features you charge for are poor and make little improvement to launcher. Stripping Plus from my phone and going back to basic Holo launcher.....it is a hit by itself. Glad to pay dev for basic launcher!

Perfect Not only does it look good , but it actually works. Maybe someday it will have the okay Google option. I don't really care though, it is easy enough to just tap the microphone. Anyway, great application, I had to buy it to show my thanks to the developer. Thanks for a great app.

The One! I have tried all launchers, and I mean all! There's been things I like in almost all of them. This launcher incorporate all those things and then some! And boy does it look good with an icon pack applied! On top of that it's fast and smooth. Look no further! Remember to get the notifier and locker to go with it.

I Luv it....but Why doesnt the original accuweather app that comes with the Touchwiz interface not work with Halo Launcher HD? I find it to be more aesthetically pleasing and functional than most of the other widgets out there. In fact, it seems like it doesnt work with too many of the weather clock widgets.

Garbage I just paid for this app and it will not open. The free one works just fine but the paid one wont. No matter how many times I restart the launcher it will not work. I have even restarted my phone more than once. It still will not work. 100% garbage. I'm going to uninstall this crap and get a REAL launcher.

Great launcher Better than others and HD version is better than the stock JB launcher. Only problem I'm having is that it seems to have trouble staying in memory, despite this option being checked in settings. Stock launcher often returns after backing out of an app. Hopefully this gets fixed in an update soon.

I Love this launcher I used Go Launcher before and my Droid 3 was lagging so bad I was going to replace it. After switching to this my phone has been so smooth. Plus my Apps are all organized into folders now. Occasionally it force closes (maybe every other day), but all other times very fast and smooth.

Treat yourself to the paid version... Great launcher! I was hesitant to get the paid version for a long time... I am very glad I did as I really missed the unread message counts from iOS. That extra feature alone is definitely worth skipping a fancy-shmancy coffee on your Monday morning and getting this instead.

Started having phone trouble with v1.2.7 and this last v1.2.8, is totally locking up my phone. Is it me!? Isn't this based on OS4.0? So why is anyone that has OS4.0 and up, installing this Launcher? Maybe different OS Version would be better? I still enjoy it but I'll stick with the version that works best on mine phone.

Is it just me? I really like a lot of the featurrs, but the ability to make folders and overlap widgits just isn't working for me. I've tried a ton of launchers and this one had potential. Right now it's just Meh. Oh, and that's that I paid for the pro version

Excellent on Note 10.1 Have been using this launcher for a while now, experimented with others, but come back each time too Holo Launcher. Easiest to set up, provides ample tweaking opportunities without being overly complicated to use. Have not experienced any issues and really happy with the stability provided.

So Glad GO Crashed Holo Plus to the rescue.Would have never looked for another launcher, but GO crashed on upgrade. Much cleaner and not a constant barrage of buy this new theme. Easy back up and restore. The customization options you need & want.

Mo Betta I have the paid version of this, Nova, Adw, and Launcher pro, this uses less resources give slightly better battery life and has a smoother higher quality feel to everything. I switched back and forth for a week between them all and felt compelled to purchase, I'm picky.

Simple & (Almost) Perfect UPDATE (Dropped to 4 because its been crashing when looking through widgets in drawer. PLEASE FIX and I will bump back to 5!) If you want simple, fast stock JB style, look no further. I only wish it had different grid sizes for landscape and portrait orientation.

Super! Holo launcher is better than GO! It may not have all the flashy icons and effects...who cares? It works, has a minimal footprint and with plus, becomes the best alt launcher ever. Drawers working for me. Hope it only gets better without affecting it's current strengths.

Great Great and light but folder support is very poor because it's missing a sort feature. Also, it's annoying having to buy a separate app that does noting but act as a key for another app.

Try then buy this app!! I first started using HL on my froyo Sanyo zio. I fell in love. I have upgraded to ICS and thought I would not have to use HL. I was wrong. The features far outrun the standard. I happily purchased the program. I have had zero issues, so I can't speak to support ;-) buy/usa this app, you won't be sorry.

Great Launcher Using a Motorola Defy-XT. This launcher is highly customizable and stable. It's fun to use, to learn, and to edit. I bought the plus version and couldn't have hoped for better from this app.

Completely broken; unresponsive developer. After the Oct 31 update, all of the "plus" functionality has been lost. Many of my apps have become inaccessible. I've written to the developer twice in the past fortnight. Neither of those emails has been acknowledged. The link to the developer's website returns "service unavailable". While it worked, this was a great piece of kit. In its current form, it's useless.

Great launcher I like this launcher a lot. It's especially good with custom roms. The only thing missing is the option to change the dock background. Please include this in a future patch. It seems an easy thing to implement. Keep up the good work!

Thought it was perfect.. Not worth buying. It said plus users would be able to have drawer tabs but there aren't any. The drawer is lacking, period, with only slight customization and no option for folders. Switched to Yandex.

Outdated UI wise this makes no standing out compared to stock. Adds unwanted icons to the desktop including it's own trash (holo locker). Dock does not auto expand, and it would be nice to drag an app to a group like Nova.

Hey dev I need help with something, on my home screen the status bar is completely transparent. I can't find a setting to change this in the launcher, do you know if it is controlled by your launcher or my custom ROM?

Much more fluency than Apex. Will give five stars of you add non-touch s-pen scrolling for Note 2. That is the only thing I like about the Note 2's touch wiz ui.

amazing launcher. without a doubt the best but.. I'm absolutely furious that the app crashed and lost all my settings. Hours wasted on getting widgets, icons and layouts just right only for backup and restore to fail with the remarkable error message of "unknow error" . If the launcher wasn't so lightweight and clean I'd uninstall in anger, but I'll redo everything and waste another couple of hours just because no other launcher is as clean and lightweight as this. But please, for the love of god, improve the backup and restore.

Works awesome except one thing! I really like the looks of this launcher. Its super simple and the interface is clean. Really does a good job bringing 4.0 to my 2.2 Motorola Triumph. There is only one glitch I have that's driving me insane, that is my Home button stops functioning at random times and the only way I can fix it is doing a hard reset on my phone. Does anyone else have this problem? The screen just flickers every time I hit Home button.

STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, EVEN WORSE NOW! Great except.... Love it but sometimes it loses my paid version and I cannot use gestures with out restarting.

Holo Launcher is the best launcher I've found. I have a Galaxy S Blaze and i HATE samsung's TouchWiz setup. Holo is quick and easily customizable... it gives you a pure Android experience.

Best ICS Launcher Fast, stable and gorgeous. Only thing it's missing is an option to hide/unhide the dock with a gesture. Add that and more theme support and it will dominate the market!

excellent! Excellent launcher! Only two things - 1) I have bought HoloLauncher Plus, but sometimes it behaves like a free version and I must restart launcher. It's annoying if I am using plus features (user tabs etc). 2) If I set "Hide dock divider" there is still big space between dock icons and desktop icons. Such a waste! :-)

Mi preferido tras dos años Tras dos años y haber cambiado de móvil recientemente, y haber vuelto a evaluar distintos launchers nuevamente, Holo Launcher HD sigue siendo mi launcher preferido, hasta el punto de decidir apoyar al desarrollador su trabajo pagando la por la licencia (Holo Launcher Plus). Comparado con los otros: - Holo:es tan configurable como quiero, siendo ligero y de respuesta rápida. - APEX: deben tener un origen o base común con Holo, porque los menús son casi ldénticos, Pero la integración con paquetes de iconos (Belle UI, Moonshine,...) es mucho más ágil en Holo HD, y la búsqueda por nombre en Belle UI no parece funcionar, a parte de otras personalizaciones posibles en Holo que se echo en falta en APEX. - NOVA: No permite personalizar el tamaño de letra de los iconos. Demasiado pequeña en mi móvil.. - GO: el único con notificaciones de mensajes sin leer gratis. Además muestra el fondo transparente para los iconos como me gusta. Pero los iconos en las carpetas se ven más pequeños, parece muy pesado, no tiene la agilidad de Holo, e inserta publicidad. - Cheetah: tampoco mejoraba nada

Surprisingly wonderful Had this as my default launcher for about a month. I switch launchers frequently, but I love this one. It's stable and has many great features that I didn't think it could provide as it's not as well-known as others. Totally worth checking out. Hasn't crashed my phone like Go Launcher so I'm happy

Doesn't work properly on my new phone Htc one m8.. When installing everything freezes up and blank pages.. Can I ask for refund?

A near perfect launcher Plenty of options to customize things, super fast performance and its battery friendliness make it my favorite launcher. I have not used any other launcher because I don't feel I am missing anything. So a must try and hopefully your search for a perfect launcher should come to an end.

Well Done!! This is a really good launcher app! The only thing I would change is when I download the HD version on my Motorola Atrix 2 all my apps disappear.
