Practical but... Bug: Lease notes do not appear in app but do in browser. Also, needs more features to reflect browser experience
New update Used to be ok. Can't even get logged on since the last update. App automatically logs me out in a split second if I'm lucky enough to actually get passed the log on screen
The fees are getting a little bit ridiculous for small landlords and I'm actively looking for a replacement. The ease of use is unrivaled arguably, although the full feature set really aren't expressed in the app but the fees versus the comptetition are losing justifiability. I'd think if you have over 10 or so properties you can perhaps justify it, but just starting out is impossible. There are other options available like RentecDirect or 123Landlord that offer nearly everything for free or $15 a month.
Not working When I try to log in it just says "loading accounts" and "logging in" and then cycles back to the log in page. Even after a password reset so I know it's not that. Mobile site on Android is garbage also. Won't let me even click the area where I would enter my password
Great for what it does. True, it doesn't do everything the website does. If you already use Buildium, this app is a perfect field extension of what you can do back in the office! I look forward to more features being native in the app someday...but for now we use it primarily to coordinate our maintenance techs and I couldn't be happier!
- Updates to match the Buildium brand standard
- Bug fixes and improvements
