Mobitel gives good coverage but worst customer satisfaction. This App needs to provide a fluid or at least more efficient experience. 1. Overall bad UI / UX - makes every single task done on the App cumbersome and time consuming 2. Unnecessary loading screens 3. Unnecessary delays 4. No real-time updates on the dashboard My advice: Use more Native and Fluid UI elements. pop-up alerts must be dismissible. Loading times should be minimized or at least remove that disgusting loading animation.

Mobitel become worst mobile provider in Sri Lanka. They had lots of good packages. Now they changed all packages. Even we have one shot ultra plan we can't access social media HD quality contents, torrents etc, It's shame. I had post paid sim for 14 years with platinum membership. Now I'm going to remove my mobitel sim. They really don't care about customers. Shame on you.
