Fika Club is Espresso House's app, where you can enjoy Fika Moments while earning Fika Points!

Inspired by Sweden's cherished tradition of Fika, your first Fika is on us when you sign up in the app. Plus, as a Fika Club member, you can:

- Receive personalized offers: the offers are tailored just for you
- Collect Fika Points: you earn Fika Points when you shop, top-up, or complete Fika Fun challenges
- Redeem for rewards: you get to choose your rewards and enjoy your Fika moments just how you like them
- Preorder in the app: skip the queue and have more time for your Fika moments

Ratings and reviews

As other users are saying, this app rewards loyalty less and less with every update: now you get fewer points for your money, and they are worth half of what they were before. You get fewer offers, and the points expire without notice ("no points expiring soon," and then they're gone). Add the unreliable availability of products in cafes and higher prices, and there's little reason to use the app – or go to EH at all, actually. Went from visiting every other day to every other month, if that.

No point in having the app if you go for a coffee alone, e.g. before work as you rarely get new coupons and the ones you get are very specific or related to a big buy e.g. "buy 2 drinks get 1 pound off a foccacia". The challenges (which are very costly) reward almost no fika points so you can barely get enough just to get an extra free espresso shot, which in the end is much cheaper if you just buy it rather than doing challenges. I use it only when a good coupon comes or for a free bday drink.

app doesn't notify you of expiring points. allegedly too technically complicated to implement. so many points have expired because of this. they don't care about your loyalty. skip this app, skip their loyalty system. skip espresso house. avoid.

In this release, we've made general improvements to our app and tackled the bugs that may have been disrupting your experience. All in all, we've fine-tuned the engine behind the app to make sure your coffee runs can continue seamlessly.
