Asked for the premium access (BuisnessLine All Access) when it was already purchased. The account was signed in but it was always on loading stage. It is a regretful buy for me. A very disappointing experience is given to the avid readers who spend their hard earned money.

The content is very good and advanced compared to others .Need more content, data, research, and analysis like this. that will become your USP and will become the best newspaper. also, there must be consistency in it. another side is advanced vocabulary is used. sometimes become difficult to understand and bothers.

Never mind the extremely basic interface, the app keeps crashing within seconds of you opening it and no matter how many times you retry, it keeps happening. This has been going on since the past couple of months and the developers seem either oblivious to it or not concerned enough to fix a faulty product
