Useless app. Mobvoi AI recorder fails to connect to my Xiaomi 12 for unknown reasons. It connects with my other android devices, but the application is practically useless. I can neither listen nor download the audio file. You can listen the audio file only after it is transferred to the cloud. But only after "transcribing" is it possible to download the audio file to the computer!? Developers, please do something about these problems.

The app launch is not possible because of an isntant crash. Recently have bought the TicPods 2 Pro+ Ice model.
There are som minor intermittent connection issues while listening to music. Using with an Android Phone.
Sometimes would like to use it with my computer too (mac). Headsets needs to be reset when switching between devices what is highly uncomfortable. Please consider this improvement. I do like the configurable gestures. Fits my needs.

This app has made my earbuds unusable. Now my phone says I need an app to connect the device, the app will say either they are connected or to connect in the settings, which of course says to connect in the app. Even when the app says the earbuds are connected, nothing plays through them, the phone says they aren't and that they can't because of needing the app...you see the circle here.
