I updated a while ago. What it told you to do and what most probably missed is that WearOS and the old Mobvoi app needed to be removed and this one installed. Unfortunately, also had to wipe and repair the watch and phone. That being said, it's a bit unreliable as far as app and phone. As a stand alone device, it works well. Notifications come in just fine, phone calls are good and so are texts. However, the fitness tracking doesn't sync well, so it's not something I can rely on at the moment.

App notifications aren't constantly making it to the watch. Twitter/X, Telegram, text messages. Sometimes they vibrate but don't show on the screen, other times they don't even vibrate at all. I have it set to double vibrate, and it rarely vibrate more than once. AOD is too dim to read without setting a wakeup gesture, and devs are unresponsive to email.

This firmware update you did, the so called upgrade broke WearOS' connectivity. It crashed each time I try to reconnect after reseting data. It was uncalled for and the update was unnecessary. Stupid in fact. Maybe you should switch back to the previous version. I can't even use WearOS anymore now that the watch is fully updated. Either you guys fix that, or it's your loss for losing customers
