About this app

Mobvoi application connects Mobvoi devices (TicWatch) to your mobile phone. It manages devices, extends functions, synchronizes activity data and provides additional visualization and analysis.

The paired wearable device will record your sports health, sleep, and stress according to the default settings (user-modifiable).
It can be transmitted to the APP via Bluetooth for your convenience.

Following features are provided to help manage your devices:
1. TicWatch ( includes TicWatch Pro & Pro3, TicWatch GTX, TicWatch GTH, etc)
a. Synchronize and Keep track of your activity and health records
b. Provide functions in addition to watch such as watch face management, audio recording transcription, etc.
c. Manage watch and account settings, permissions, profiles, etc.
2. Synchronize your basic data – Mobvoi’s Wear OS app is used to synchronize some basic data with the TicWatch series of Wear OS watches.

Special permission highlight:

Call permission: When you use a wearable device to reject incoming calls and receive call notifications, you can choose to enable this permission so that the wearable device can properly reject incoming calls and receive call notifications. If you do not agree to this permission, it may affect the normal use of the functions.

SMS permission: When you use the wearable device to push SMS messages, you can choose to enable this permission to display the message content on the wearable device. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting other services' usage.

And, Not intended for medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purposes

I've had this for a week or so. the sleep tracker option doesn't seem to be working well. Twice it hasn't tracked anything when I turned the sleep setting on, but it will randomly, so I'm not convinced it's accurate at all. Then the app randomly dropped the watch and it refused to connect it for a few days. I restarted the entire watch twice. also- there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the alarms when they happen? on either the app OR the watch, which is not pleasant at 3 am in a household

I absolutely love my watch. But as great as my TicWatch Pro is, the app is twice as terrible. I'd agree will all the feedback. And for support to keep saying, update/delete/reinstall. I dont think they get it. The app just doesn't work well. Its not intuitive, it's clunky and sometimes just desides not to work. Ihate the app I love the watch!

App is definitely kind of a mess. I mostly need it to access voice memos from my watch. Despite all its flaws including much of the interface being in Chinese, it can transcribe my voice memos. I can't find a third party alternative which can accomplish this. Easy voice recorder, best I can tell, doesn't have transcription. So despite all its flaws, it's still relatively important to me.
