About this app

Mobvoi application connects Mobvoi devices (TicWatch) to your mobile phone. It manages devices, extends functions, synchronizes activity data and provides additional visualization and analysis.

The paired wearable device will record your sports health, sleep, and stress according to the default settings (user-modifiable).
It can be transmitted to the APP via Bluetooth for your convenience.

Following features are provided to help manage your devices:
1. TicWatch ( includes TicWatch Pro & Pro3, TicWatch GTX, TicWatch GTH, etc)
a. Synchronize and Keep track of your activity and health records
b. Provide functions in addition to watch such as watch face management, audio recording transcription, etc.
c. Manage watch and account settings, permissions, profiles, etc.
2. Synchronize your basic data – Mobvoi’s Wear OS app is used to synchronize some basic data with the TicWatch series of Wear OS watches.

Special permission highlight:

Call permission: When you use a wearable device to reject incoming calls and receive call notifications, you can choose to enable this permission so that the wearable device can properly reject incoming calls and receive call notifications. If you do not agree to this permission, it may affect the normal use of the functions.

SMS permission: When you use the wearable device to push SMS messages, you can choose to enable this permission to display the message content on the wearable device. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting other services' usage.

And, Not intended for medical use, only for general fitness/wellness purposes

The app could use some polishing on UI. (The top banner for the "weekly goal" and HIIT sessions looks like a massive ad) and I'd almost prefer it if I could log my weight (Be able to sync with my Renpho scale). Sleep tracking is hit or miss, sometimes it can be right and other times way off. I get that I can be sedentary when watching TV before bed, but shouldn't it know the difference? Though, nothing in health tracking will be 100% accurate. So I understand.

The only thing this watch is good for, are things I can already do on my phone. It's poorly translated to English. Steps are not accurate at all, and increase when I'm stationary. GPS stops working often. Connection to phone fails often with no reason. Heart and breathing rate stop monitoring randomly. Workout timer stops and doesn't count your session. Kinda garbage, but at least it looks like I have a real life PipBoy watch I guess. Edit: The app is premium only now 👎 Going in the trash.

Fails to sync with watch on a frequent basis. Other issues with the watch itself, but I'm still happy with it. Edit Growing more frustrated over time. Long(ish) battery life is ok, but putting watch on charger turns off its functionality. Do it at night and no sleep tracking. Do it during the day and activity tracking is suspended. You need this app, but the tracking has so many gaps in it that long term monitoring of health (or in my case recovery after long hospitalization) is undermined.
