Mochi gives eligible patients access to GLP-1 weight loss medication with ongoing medical support. Depending on your care plan, treatment may include compounded semaglutide injection once weekly.

I've been a client of Mochi for over a year. Their customer service is excellent. They helped me with prior authorizations and insurance appeals. I really like my doctor and dietician. Having a comprehensive care team, such as the type Mochi provides, is important on a GLP-1 journey. The Mochi app is easy to use. I can track my progress and injections (important for insurance appeals). The app allows scheduling appointments and tracking medication shipments.

Appt was quick, straight to the point. My doctor was super helpful on what medication I should choose. She was also super nice, answered all my questions. I def recommend to anyone who is struggling with what weight loss medication you should use.

charged $200 twice in one month. I I,am trying to get a hold of them and if I receive a refund for one of the $200 transactions I'll adjust my review. As of right now i am not able to find a resolution with them. I did not receive refills.twice this mo th so I have no idea why I was charged twice.
