I can now sign into the app. My lists are still there. BUT my order history is gone, the sizes in my wishlist are listed as n/a, the details about items are non-existent, the new daily items are not updating, the sale prices are not showing, and the listing of new or favorite or added today/yesterday is gone. I hope this gets fixed. Your ratings are tanking and you are losing customers fast!
ModCloth used to be better. Shipping times have become bananas. So very slow! (Even if you pay for quick shipping it's still slow)Product quality is very hit & miss. I send back half of what I buy. And today a forced update of the app or you can't use the ModCloth app anymore. Dealing with this company has gone from fun to a big bummer for me.
Same as everyone, but mine is a little worse because I ordered something and now my tracking number doesn't work! If my package doesn't show, I want to know if it is late or stollen. On top of that, I relied on the app to remind me to post reveiws on products I just bought. I LOVE THIS AND I WANT WHAT I HAD BACK! Please, fix this immediately and givr back my love list
Same complaint as everyone else. Doesn't recognise my password, but after reading what everyone else is saying about how they changed their password and lost everything saved I'm not going to change mine. I'm hoping you guys will update this soon because I do like to shop from the app but I don't want to change my password and lose all my favourites.
Probably the shitiest update I've ever seen on any app. I love this store, it's my go to but after I updated it wouldn't let me into my account and won't send me an email to change my password. I've seen from others that all their data was erased so when/if they fix this, I exist all mine will be gone too.
What is wrong with this update? My order history has been deleted along with my wishlist. Updates are suppose to improve the user experience; this one did not and I had no choice as when I opened the app, a pop-up appeared indicating I had to update and it wouldn't go away. Can't track my recent order if my order history has been wiped. Fix this!
