About this app

Sanad is your gateway to digital government services, as it allows you to login with a single username and password instead of multiple passwords. Activating your digital identity in one of Sanad stations will allow you to access your government digital documents, apply for government and private services, access your personal records and digitally sign documents.

Very terrible user experience, doing OTP code verification for mobile and email at the same time doesn't make any sense, and what's annoying is that there's a timer 60 seconds to fill the codes, also you have to login every time you enter the application. A lot of people are having trouble registering because of the picture matching feature in the application, very bad image processing and it's a bad idea to compare someone's picture now with their ID pic.

Terrible experience. It requires a selfie and it matches it with my picture a few years ago and then tells me it does not match!!! That tells you a lot about what to expect. What if a person has face burns or grew a beard or gained weight! The forget your password is even more than a hassle, outdated and time consuming with bugs and out of the blue logout. I wish there is no stars as an option.

To start off, this app is officially useless. Most reviews on this app are 1 star apparently, no wonder why some still have it installed, it's useless and very slow; ads are everwhere, if it lags or stops working you won't be able to enter any place or buy anything or even get hospitalized without it; it's upsetting and not fair.
