Privacy Concern The app offers an ability to change the preferred email address - great! When changing, there is a confirmation required email sent to the new address - good practice. However, there is no notification email sent to the prior address notifying of the change. That kind of notification is a pretty low bar to trip over when it comes to providing a backstop against malicious actors. If MH missed or ignored that bar, what else was missed? C'mon, y'all can do better.

2026 Edit: still the shitiest app on my phone, keeps logging you out, sends you BS notifications Why does this app keeps logging me out? This app in itself is the most stressful part of my day. For an app that promotes mental health one would imagine a slick non-aggrevating user experience but no, they are full of UI bugs, does not implement dark mode and will constantly log you out. It's a glorified calendar app, I'd uninstall it in a heartbeat if only I didn't have pending sessions with them.

Couldn't login. Created account on website with crazy generated password due to annoying complexity restrictions. It then tells you to install the app. Installed it. But I can't login in. Even copied the password and manually pasted it into the webpage to check that it was correct and then copied that text to my phone and pasted into the login page in the app and it fails. I suspect that the app cannot handle some of the symbols in the password.
