Welcome to APPatient™, the end-to-end patient engagement app created for Modernizing Medicine® patients and providers.

APPatient™ is a mobile, fully-functional patient engagement app that can help both patients and providers save time. Practices with Premium Patient Connect can take advantage of 24-hour online check-in, expediting intake paperwork. It can also help providers treat patients on the go.

I'm trying to understand why I can't send any messages to my provider through your app. When I look up either my doctor or address, it always says no matches found. It is clear it's not even trying to look up who you're trying to message. Logging in at night gives me a "login error. unknown error" when signing in. This happened before and happens now.

Does not meet digital accessibility requirements. I had to get someone to help me complete the checkin process because of this. Documents aren't zoomable, rotating my phone doesn't reorient the view, forms are required to be signed by finger, each of which is problematic for someone who is visually impaired and lacks fine motor control. Please do better.

Would be more useful if it actually allowed you to input more than one doctor's office. People actually see more than one specialist, you know! And once this app is linked to one doctor's office, you can't add another at all. Completely useless in that regard. Only giving 2 stars instead of one because it does keep the information regarding test results and such in one location.
