very good back office until latest changes affecting promotions and etc. first, now you can't create or add items to promotions from the mobile app anymore, then the biggest issue is whenever you send any promotions you have on modisoft to POS , it deletes ALL the promotions from your back office that was not created in modisoft , for example all your promotions that was directly made on Back office will be removed EVERYTIME you send Promotions to POS from modisoft. support said its normal now

Back office $ucks, businesses do have charge acct, if POS is not connected to the back office then buying this POS is NOT worth it. When customers comes to pay their charges you have to exit and go thru s%it load of steps before you can take care of your customer, after the payment is received then you have to go and click each and every entries for what customer paid, next day it appears in NO TAX sales even though it's TAX sales. Hello? Customer service says it's mapping issue, I SAY FIX IT.
