updated, 4/22/26: So stressed, my last appointment no one showed up to take me, no calls, no word to this day about it at all. When I called the number it went straight to voicemail. never returned my call or anything. actually it said the mailbox was full. I had to make a complaint on modivecare app, still I'm scared for future appointments! Easy to use. Such a convenience when I had to go to radiation daily... I was always on time. Less stress for sure! Plus saved me allot of money.

it's a little confusing about making a round-trip request in the app! You have to add a second stop,for round-trip instead of the app letting you just book a round-trip in the 1st place! That can be confusing to a lot of people! it should give you the option to choose round-trip in the beginning! Also it's confusing to sign in at first I was signing in with the first letters in my member's ID, and I couldn't sign in.then I left the letters out and just signed in using the numbers, too confusing!

it's easy to book trips, because sometimes I just don't want to call, and have to go through authenticating myself, and then getting a real person to talk to, and let's not forget having to wait on hold for however long. So yeah I really like that I can book my trip so easily and then just check back later to find out who is gonna be picking me up. Good job Modivcare!!
