Control your thermal comfort whenever and wherever you want with the Cozytouch app!

When linked to the Cozytouch gateway, the app lets you control your connected appliances: radiators, bathroom radiators, heat pumps, VMC, air conditioning, water heaters, zone control and interfaces.

Ratings and reviews

Extremely slow and unreliable app: disconnects too often, sometimes can't connect at all, and then I can't understand how much hot water I have in my water heater (why creating such water heaters without any visual indicators relying on such buggy apps is a different question). To cap it all, it doesn't update the status of my heater properly. When I need to turn off the heater, it's easier to push a physical button on it rather than do it in the app where I must enter a whole schedule for it

Basic radiator control app, feels like beta. Its interface is slightly better than the rad's little screen. Why do I have to log in every time, even though it's on my phone? No function for load balancing, which is a major failing. App blocks often during operations, and lacks any higher functionality. Not possible to monitor room temperatures during absence mode, nor record temperatures or rad status over time. "Copy day" for programming is hard to find and useless, since it copies all rooms.

The app is a complete disaster. Using it for Atlantic Cube boiler only. The login constantly drops, forcing you to re-enter credentials every time. In about half the cases the boiler shows “offline” until you restart the app and log in again. The interface is confusing and unreliable. And the biggest absurdity – you can’t set continuous heating, only time slots. Guys, it’s a boiler, not a quest game or team meeting. Hot water should be available anytime, not by schedule!
