Ratings and reviews

Earlier the point system was good where you get 1 point per KD spent. Now that is not the case anymore, it now depends on what items you bought that are not in offer/promotions. Even if you spend 10 KD, you will get negligible points if the items you bought are in promotions. No point in being a member of this type of point system.

70% of my order was unavailable, showing poor inventory management and lack of updates. The final invoice also had errors, causing confusion. The app needs better stock management and accurate billing to improve the shopping experience. Customer service through WhatsApp is a joke

Installing this application is not necessary. It's the worst. Poor customer service and inventory control..
