Ratings and reviews

Poor app. Buying online is very bad, it keep saying one or more item in the basket is out of stock without identification of that item I keep trying removing item by item to know that item without any progress.

Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not

The worst delivery experience for me. It is unexpected from such big name.
