The app is pretty easy to use. my only issue I came across with was trying to update my address. it let me pick the country, but the cities name are very limited and filled with typos, almost as if they were added by users who couldn't spell. I can add the street name, the zip code and the building number. but couldnt add my city so I ended up picking a different city just to able to save at least the main pertinent info.

My first registration was back in Nov 2023. Once you are registered, it's really easy to re-access the apps from anywhere in the world (in my case, last week, which was after the 365 days limit has passed). The prompts for your action, available slots and waiting lists, etc are clear and notifications can be set to suit your needs and timings. Syukran Ya Allah 💚

Visitors can plan early, in accordance with the available dates, especially for Raudla shareef. overall great exp. its easy for users if available time slots are shown in different buttons and color, once the date is selected. available dates in the calendar can also be shown in different color, like any flight booking app`s calendar.
