The app is pretty easy to use. my only issue I came across with was trying to update my address. it let me pick the country, but the cities name are very limited and filled with typos, almost as if they were added by users who couldn't spell. I can add the street name, the zip code and the building number. but couldnt add my city so I ended up picking a different city just to able to save at least the main pertinent info.

My first registration was back in Nov 2023. Once you are registered, it's really easy to re-access the apps from anywhere in the world (in my case, last week, which was after the 365 days limit has passed). The prompts for your action, available slots and waiting lists, etc are clear and notifications can be set to suit your needs and timings. Syukran Ya Allah 💚

very buggy, can't do hajj because of how buggy the app is. human customer support is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and available a lot of time, but they're limited in what they can do too.
