Ratings and reviews

The latest update has serious bugs. I am unable to log in as an international visitor. When I try to log in, it says my account does not exist and asks me to register. But when I try to register, it says the account already exists. This creates a frustrating loop where I can’t log in or register at all. Please fix this issue as soon as possible, as it makes the app unusable for international users.

I m unable to login When I try to set up my profile and enter my passport number, the app gives me an error saying This ID Already Exists and tells me to log in instead. BUT, when I go to the recovery page and enter those exact same details, it gives me a completely contradictory error No account found with these details.

Really frustrating experience. The app logs me out every single time I open it, and I have to go through verification again and again, feels unnecessary and repetitive. Please fix this issue. The app should keep users logged in securely instead of forcing repeated logins every time.
