tbh the interface of the app is basic and easy to understand. i didn't have any problem with creating the account and entering my visa info so far. but the problem is: WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONFIRM THE SLOTS! i cannot even begin to express my anger towards this system. i've been trying forever to book a reservation for Rawdah, trying every 20 minutes (00,20,40) but NO! all the slots are unavailable. always the "soon, new seats will be available" warning. this has got to be fixed! shame on you.

This is a very good app, but there is one feature I would like to request. When I listen to or recite the Qur'an I cannot directly select a specific Surah such as Surah Al-Mulk or Surah Yaseen. I have to start from the beginning and scroll to reach it. Please add an option to choose any Surah directly from a list so users can easily access and recite their desired Surah. This update would make the app much more convenient and user friendly. Thank you for your hard work ❤️🫶🙌

2026.06.10 Generally, the app is absolutely fantastic. However, please, kindly add the dua categories that was available in the older version. That dua category has a lots of dua and sub division ranging from Sustenance, debt relief, good ending, health and all. please 🥺.
