It's almost my 7th day now in Madina. am trying to book Rawdah permit but never able to book a slot. several problems occurred. Slots open for few seconds only. If you accidentally book a slot then in Last it gives error as "Sorry something went wrong," and again you are hopeless. Furthermore People are offering slot booking for 10-25 riyals and they provide you slot in two hours. how they are getting slots?

I stayed in Madinah for four days and tried to book a visit to Al-Rawdah through Nusuk, but I could never find an available slot. The app is easy to use, but it always shows “No available slots.” There should be a clear difference between available and fully booked times, with real-time updates when a slot becomes available. Please improve the booking system so visitors have a fair chance to make a reservation.

Nusuk is an extremely inconvenient system. It's based on a very low probability of luck. I could not select a time slot. A time slot is not available until 2 hours before the time and does not matter whatever you do, it just does not go through. The Saudi government needs to come up with a better system to assign at least 1 confirmed appointment to every visa holder. There must be a way to select a Rawdah appointment while getting a visa. The whole trip may then be organised accordingly.
