Everything referenced in the FAQ or even by csrs isn't found in the app You have to go to the online portal. So for example they will tell you to click on the member handbook. That's not a button in the app. I've been a member since January and I just now figured it out. if you're going to have an app, why leave out many of the useful things? At the very least the instructions need to be clear

This is the most inane app, but then I should have expected nothing less from the most inane health insurance company. I have had nothing but headaches from both Molina and its app. I can't even log in--it sends me through this two-factor verification that goes to a blank screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, tried it on different wifi networks and using data only. Nothing works. What is the point of having an app that doesn't even let users log in?

Got all the way through registration but after hitting submit and waiting nothing happened. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me. I was able to log in after signing up on the website. So I'll increase from 1 to 2 stars. Edit: Yup, this app sucks. Back to 1 star until this app can do what it says it can.
