When it first got this product, I loved it. Its the 2nd one that I have owned. I paid a little more to get one w/case but unfortunately 3.5 months later its suddenly stopped working just a black screen now. Ive reached out to the seller as well as the manufacturer & Im not getting any response which is unfortunate. I honestly just want a replacement. It wasn't the cheapest version, so two stars cause it used to work great at first, but now is it dud

For some strange reason my reviews keep disappearing from Amazon and the app store... The tool heats up very fast, I don't know if that's what causes the freezing or the app. The attachments are cheap, bending and block the camera. If you have any ear hair, you won't be able to see much. You're supposed to be able to use it for nose and mouth as well, but the app doesn't have modes for it. It forces you to use an ear left/right mode which warps the image.

Hard to connect to wi-fi and especially opening the app again. This app needs attention to connect and reconnect without issues. I also tried airplane mode, and mobile on and off, and still had problems connecting. It's exhausting & frustrating. Once it is open and used seems to be pretty straight forward. It's getting to that point. The phone is Android S22 Ultra.
