Not sure why others are having a problem, it worked fine for me the very first time. We have a cat with an ear polyp who is prone to wax buildup and infection so I got this from Amazon to keep tabs on his condition and try to ward off vet visits with early intervention. We practiced on each other and could see really well but it was harder with him and all his hair, we need to practice everyday, I think, so we both get used to it. Pretty nice little device and the dl was smooth.

We used it for maybe 10 minutes, and spent 9 of those 10 continually connecting and reconnecting. When it did work, it was barely frame per second, and constant freezing/lagging. Not sure if I need to hold my phone to my face, but it was maybe 2-3 feet we asked it to broadcast, so not sure if it's just lousy hardware, poor software, or both, but save yourself the hassles and troubles and just return it.

Update has broken it. Use Chinese download APK 1 . Version 6.1 . Notes on use. Turn of auto connect to other wifi network. Turn off mobile data. Turn off hotspot. Set itimo network to unmetered .new android is reluctant to connect to no Internet connection, connect on drop-down menu. App is slow to start, processing requests for image recording permission, expect unresponsive popup tap wait. I think most of the issues are caused by Google/android.
