There's nothing wrong with the app aside from localization. Just issues with the core e-commerce business. Coupons and products are UX hell. You probably won't save any money 80% of the time. The listing system is like PCHome, where each product may be listed by different vendors but under the same product brand. This is where pricing can be misleading to shoppers. For example, something you can buy "1入" of is cheaper than something that is like a "2入" bundle.

This app offers a good selection and is user-friendly for Chinese speakers. However, exercise caution due to potential faulty products and the hassle of returns. Limited convenience store drop-off forces home delivery, creating communication difficulties for non-Chinese speakers who may be away. Not recommended for those lacking Chinese proficiency. Consider alternative platforms.

The app isn't available in other languages, making it very difficult for English speakers. Delivery to convenience stores is extremely slow, taking two days for the item to be handed over to the courier. I expected delivery to convenience stores to be as fast as delivery to a home address, but it actually took longer than the other app.
