Complicated Userface system. Not easy to find Exchange Agent.Too many Agent fees and Service Charges.

No.1Pending time is way too long and I can't quit till it's successful.I'm so fed up at that point.No.2And also face scanning is somehow hard to shoot when it comes to the final step, the backward counting didn't show up, so it's times out and I have to refill that again.No.3 in my opinion other mbanking apps are available to every age groups but this one is restricted under age18.

Install with four devices and that not working.one device can insall and cannot open.another device can open and freeze at the green screen.
