I've been struggling for two months now trying to upgrade my account to Yello plus...The app keeps crashing everytime I'm about to take a selfie. Please help as I've tried the call centre countless times with no luck. There are monies I urgently need to withdraw but I am hindered by the withdrawal limit.

I've been using this app for two years now. I just recently updated the app and when I tried to login it said that my account is blocked, which makes no sense because I was able to login before the app update. No answer from the customer service.

This app is forever unable to connect to the server, you update same issue, error error erroe all the damn time not even customer service is able to resolve the issues...I just use it whenever it decides to work😟
