My Ideal Address is the first Big Data service for individuals and real estate professionals who want to evaluate all the strengths and weaknesses of an address.

In practice, more than 2 million points of interest in metropolitan France are analyzed and the results of the assessments are presented in the form of a dashboard that includes several dozens of indicators classified according to 12 themes (Education, trade, amenities , etc.). The scores of the indicators are automatically weighted according to the environment of the analyzed address (Urban, peri-urban and rural) and can be finely adjusted according to the priorities and desires of each one.

The application also offers, in the form of a map, a global vision of all the points of interest assessed and thus helps to better situate the property in its geographical environment. Routes and travel times to these "Points Of Interest" (POI) can also be visualized according to different means of travel (pedestrian, bicycle, car).
